Community Volunteering

LINKS offers many different types of volunteer opportunities throughout the school district that provide educational enrichment for the students. The parent/community volunteer program recruits, trains, places and supports volunteers in all nine North Kingstown Schools.

Volunteers participate as classroom assistants, library helpers, reading, math, and handwriting guides and with the portable PTRC. They assist with banking, walking club the Wee Delivers program and in the Career Center located in the High School. LINKS also provides volunteers to the COZ run pre-school outreach screeners, and the 21st Century after schools programs. Your time and talent is essential in creating a strong and supportive school community.
